The antiquated Sthaneshwar Mahadev Sanctuary, devoted to Ruler Shiva is arranged in Thanesar, a heavenly town in the Kurukshetra locale of Haryana. It was here that the Pandavas alongside Krishna implored Shiva and got his endowments for triumph in the skirmish of Mahabharata.
